Oracle Card Reading for July 3-9, 2017

Hello! Welcome to this Oracle card reading for the week of July 3, 2017. These weekly readings reflect the universal energy patterns that affect us all. Before pulling cards for these weekly readings I like to clear my physical space, and my mind to “tune in” to these energies. I also call in Spirit, Angels, and Guides to help bring forth messages to help and support us all through the week. This week, I am using Colette Baron-Reid’s Wisdom of the Oracle Cards.

The Tribe, Not For You, Serendipity cards from Wisdom of the Oracle

Monday/Tuesday: The Tribe – We start off the week with a reminder of the importance of being with, and taking care of one’s tribe. For some of us this is a reminder to simply be with our tribe. Time to put the phone down, step back from technologies which can distract from actually being present with someone. For others, this card can be a message to either care for, or ask for care from one’s tribe. Everyone wants to feel loved and nurtured, so share those feelings with those you care about – and don’t be afraid to ask for it if you need a little extra caring at this time. For those who feel they do not have a tribe to call their own, this card is often an indicator that you are being guided towards their place in the world – a place within a group where you matter and belong. No matter which of these you resonate with, you are being asked to always consider where and how you can contribute to the whole.

Wednesday/Thursday: Not For You (Protection) – It’s time to stop chasing after whatever is actively moving away from you. Be open to seeing the signs that it’s not meant for you, or the red flags surrounding a situation. There is something even better than what you’re currently trying (and failing, again and again) to get, but you’ll never discover it if your running around in circles. Let go of the people, situations, goals, and circumstances which have made it clear that they do not want you. Know when to release and walk away. Something fantastic is right around the corner.

Friday/Saturday/Sunday: Serendipity (Protection) – This card asks you to trust that the Universe is unfolding for you exactly as it ought to be, in perfect and Divine timing. This is something that feels easy to do when it seems like everything is going your way, but much, much harder when challenges, hardships and difficulties arise. It is at these hard times though when it is most important to remain in that state of trust in the Universe. Pay attention to the messages, signs and opportunities that are being presented to you, and trust that you are being Divinely guided in the right direction.

I hope these messages help you as you navigate through the week. Much love & may you be blessed by angels always. 🌟🕊🌕

Here and Now – A Reminder to Stay Focused in the Present

Here and Now

“This very moment has the potential for you to create miracles in your life.” -Colette Baron-Reid

Today and every day, you will be served to stay grounded in the present. Appreciate each moment and live in it fully as you experience it in the Now. This means stop replaying the past – no more beating yourself up over what has all ready happened – for you can not change what has all ready transpired. Being in the Here and Now also means staying focused on your present instead of getting caught up in worry, anxiety, or indulging in fantasy over your future. Set your intention for what you’d like to manifest in your life, ask for it from the Universe, but then let it go and enjoy each moment as you currently experience it. When you do this you create the space for the Universe to unfold your path, right in front of you – moment by moment.

Card 52 - Mending

“Ask yourself, what would Love do?” – Colette Baron-Reid

This card is a reminder of the importance of mending and healing the important relationships in your life through forgiveness. No one can or should go through life alone – we all need a support system in place in order to survive and thrive. Mending is not about changing who you are, or expecting others to change in order to suit your own needs and expectations, but rather about accepting people, including yourself, exactly where they are and who they are at this very moment, and doing so unconditionally. Forgiveness is the key to mending broken relationships – seek it for yourself, offer it to others, release the pain, and be at peace.

This guidance card is from The Wisdom of the Oracle card deck by Colette Baron-Reid.

March 2017 Deck Round Up

I am in full on Spring time mode here in Northern California. The weather is starting to warm up a bit, and everything is green and lush with wildflowers in bloom. Obviously, this means it is time to work with the fairies – right? 🙂 Two of my favorite fairy decks to with with are the absolutely breathtaking Fairy Tarot Cards by Doreen Virtue and Radleigh Valentine, and Doreen Virtue’s Magical Messages From The Fairies Oracle Cards. The Magical Messages deck is especially easy to work with and I love pulling a card from this deck after a reading for someone who needs a little uplifting motivation to get them going on the right track. Somehow, these fairies always know the exact right thing to say.

Fairies are Earth’s “nature angels” and are wonderful at manifesting and helping us connect into the massive vibrational energy of Mother Earth. Perhaps this is why I also felt compelled to pull out Steven D. Farmer’s Earth Magic Oracle Cards. Spring time is symbolic of new growth, and new beginnings and something about this deck of cards just screams those things out to me so I am pretty excited about using these cards to get and keep myself and my clients on the path to amazing new growth opportunities this month! Along the lines of new growth, I am working my way through Tori Hartman’s Chakra Wisdom Oracle Toolkit this year, and working with her associated deck – the Chakra Wisdom Oracle Cards. I am on week 9 of the toolkit, and would love to hear from anybody who is also working through this book and the exercises, so give me a hoot if you are reading the book.

I have been getting helpful messages from and just the general feeling that Archangels Raphael and Gabrielle have been around lately, so I pulled out two more of Doreen Virtue’s decks – Archangel Gabriel Oracle Cards and Archangel Raphael Healing Oracle Cards. The Archangel Raphael deck has been showing me the Yes! card more than once lately, which is always a good sign!

Last month, I picked up my copy of Colette Baron-Reid’s Wisdom of the Oracle Cards for the first time in a long while. I’d never really explored this deck before, but I really enjoyed playing with it last month and I plan to spend some time with it this month as well. Plus, the dreamy color palette of the cards reflects the soft beauty of springtime perfectly! I’m also continuing to work with Shadowscapes Tarot for this reason as well. Something about the softness of the colors and all those animals pictured on the cards is calling to me.

So there you have it – the top eight decks I am planning to work with this month. Are any of your favorites here on my list? Do you have a deck you love working with at this time of year that you think I should check out? I love connecting with you, so please let me know!

February Deck Round Up

Tarot Decks, Oracle Card Decks, Angel Card Decks

I don’t know about you, but I have a lot of decks. Tarot, Oracle, and Angel card decks will often call my name and find their way into my shopping cart. And once they’ve made their way into the shopping cart, they find wonderful homes on my desk, book cases, and nightstand drawers. To streamline my process when reading cards for myself or others I tend to start each month by meditating and then receiving guidance on which card decks I will be working with during that month. Now, this doesn’t mean I won’t work with a deck if it calls to me later in the month – of course I always listen to my guidance in this area! It’s more like an intention I set to work with particular cards for my highest good, as well as the highest good of my clientele, and it is a big time saver as I all ready have my deck selection narrowed down. This month, I thought I’d share with you the decks I plan to work with the most during February.

With Valentines Day coming up I tend to get a lot of heart centered inquiries during the month of February. It simply seems like almost everyone has love on their mind at this time of year! Because of this I have selected 2 romance and relationship themed decks to have out for easy access – Doreen Virtue’s The Romance Angels Oracle Cards and John Holland’s The Psychic Tarot for the Heart Oracle Deck.  Both of these decks are excellent for love related questions, and are very useful for drilling down to the heart of the issue in a very gentle and loving way.

One area I am personally working on this month is focusing on personal development and discovering and living in alignment with my life purpose. One easy way I stay connected to my life purpose is to pull a card from the Life Purpose Oracle Cards deck, asking for guidance in connecting into my purpose. This is fun and easy, and can be done on a daily or weekly basis. I also have gotten some wonderful life purpose guidance for myself and for clients by using Tori Hartman’s Chakra Wisdom Oracle Cards. Each of these cards has a corresponding fable which is summarized in the accompanying guidebook, but I highly recommend her book Chakra Wisdom Oracle Toolkit which has the full text of each fable, and weekly exercises to help you fully incorporate the lessons into your life. The subtitle of this book is “A 52-week journey of self discovery with the lost fables”. I am not a big new years resolution person, but I did resolve to work through the journey throughout 2017. I am only 5 weeks in, but all ready feeling subtle shifts occurring.

This month I was also guided to pull out Colette Baron-Reid’s Wisdom of the Oracle Divination Cards. This is a deck that I have owned for a while, but not spent a lot of time connecting with. For this reason I plan to use this one mostly for myself, not with my clients. The deck is beautiful and I’m looking forward to playing with it this month, and sharing cards with you here on the blog!

One deck I do anticipate using quite a bit with my clients this month is Angel Answers Oracle Cards by Doreen Virtue and Radleigh Valentine. This deck gives clear and direct guidance on all sorts of inquiries, and I find that the images and messages really resonate with my clients who are interested in Angel card readings. This deck is great as a stand alone deck, but I also use it a lot for pulling a clarification card, or an inspiration card at the end of the reading.

Of course, I could not complete this list without putting a couple tarot decks on it! I have been working with tarot since the 80s and I love the depth and complexity that the 78 card structure provides. My trusty standby is the Radiant Rider Waite deck. It’s a classic that you can’t really go wrong with. For my angel lovers I pulled out Angel Tarot Cards which is just as accurate and insightful as traditional tarot, but with gentler angel inspired imagery. I’m also feeling called to do more readings with the Shadowscapes Tarot by Stephanie Pui-Mun Law. This deck has a soft, dreamy, mystical quality and I am excited to spend time in that world this month.

Do you work with Angel, Tarot, or Oracle cards? If so, I’d love to hear from you as to which deck or decks you are planning on working with this month – pop into the comments below and let me know. I love hearing from you!
